Scott spent the first 11 years of his career as an investment banker on Wall Street, executing M&A and capital raising transactions for Credit Suisse, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Drexel Burnham Lambert. In 2002, Scott moved from New York City to Salt Lake City, where he acquired GlobalSim, a heavy equipment simulation company. Scott eventually sold GlobalSim to Kongsberg Groupen (OSLO: KOG. OL), a Norwegian multinational company. Scott earned his BA from Columbia University and MBA from the Wharton School of Business.

Shaun has a solid history of 26 years of sales success by building and maintaining lasting customer relationships. Shaun spent 16 years with Martin Door as the National Sales Manager from 1996 to 2012. He returned in 2015 to Martin Door with a proven ability to develop sales potential in new market areas, including opening and managing regional distribution centers. Shaun demonstrates dynamic interactions with both independent dealers as well as with large corporate retailers. Shaun has extensive experience in regional, national, and customer service management from his history with Martin Door, Amarr, International Door Association, and Northwest Door Manufacturing.

Michael studied business operations at California State University, Long Beach before obtaining his MBA from Pepperdine University. He has a passion for working on challenging operational struggles, growth, and strategy. Preceding Martin Door, Michael was the VP of Operations for Satco Inc. where he helped the Company transform a $ 30m business into a yearly $100m operation.

Cari comes to Martin Door with over 20 years of finance and accounting experience, including large manufacturing companies like Swire Coca-Cola and Parker Hannifin. Her strengths in leadership, detail analysis and problem solving, compliment a specialized focus in position streamlining, monitoring, production efficiency improvements, and custom spreadsheet designs. Cari manages a finance team of three full-time employees while enjoying her off time with family, the outdoors, and a classic novel. Cari earned a BA in Accounting from Utah State University and later acquired an MBA from Westminster College (Utah).
VP of Finance
Robert holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University. He has worked on the development of specialized fabrication equipment, manufacturing processes, product engineering and design. Robert has 21 years of steel roll - forming experience and, together with his team, has been the engine behind all of Martin’s past innovations. New management has tasked Robert with spending 100% of his time on innovation and R&D.
