Those principles include honesty, integrity and practicing the Golden Rule of treating others the way you would like to be treated.
“Profits come after you practice the principles. They work for everyone who follows them. They’re universal principles that work in the United States, Mexico, China or for different galaxies,” he said.
He claims it is those core principles, which first attracted him to Martin Door.

He said he felt an instant bond with the Martin family from the first time he met Larry Martin in 1992 and became acquainted with Martin Door. His feelings about the Martin family and the world’s finest and safest garage doors have only grown from that point.
“The Martin family has principles, identical principles to mine in business. When people have principles of integrity and honesty, you may go anyplace in the world with principles,” Del Callejo said. He describes the Martin family as a family that puts those principles into practice in business for what he describes as a “win-win relation” for the customer.
Del Callejo insists you can create win-win relationships with every customer and every person you meet.

Del Callejo insists you can create win-win relationships with every customer and every person you meet.
In sales since he was 17, Alberto has become part of the Martin family in his role in helping Martin Door establish a foothold in Mexico. He works the International Door Association tradeshows with Martin Door associates, where he meets with Spanish-speaking customers. He also helps service some Martin Door issues in Mexico.
“I am 100 percent Martin Door all the way. We don’t sell doors; we sell happiness to the family. We sell security. We sell peace of mind. We don’t sell only the door,” Del Callejo said.
Del Callejo and his “bride” of 37 years, Virginia, are the parents of three children. All three children are involved with the business.
