The changes came after a renovation project that
added approximately 1,600 square feet of space
to the existing Martin Door facility. The project
has allowed Martin Door to open a new export facility
and expand its existing space for more growth
within the national sales group.
Dave Martin, CEO of Martin Doors, said the
added space positions the company for growth.
"We have a presence in 70 countries of
the world and our growth potential can be better
enhanced in this new facility. This new center
positions us for unlimited international growth,
" Martin said.
Dr. Keith Martin, director of International
Sales, sees the move as a step forward. Other
people on the international sales staff agree.
"The expansion is a giant leap for Martin
Door to commit better service and professionalism
toward global business," Chao-Shien Chen
said.
Sales representative Korri Domstead also sees
possibilities in the new facility.
"It helps to inspire and give energy and
desire to increase international growth,"
Domstead said.
Another member of the international sales team,
Shane Crowton, said the new office space has
a different feel and appearance. "There's
quite a bit more privacy," Crowton said.
